This is an amazingly beautiful and easy to install product. I did a lot of research before choosing this product and I am extremely happy with the quality of Versare. I highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase again.

No follow-up from customer service As soon as I placed my order I realized I made a mistake and ordered too many posts. I immediately called because they make it clear on their website that you need to call within two hours. The woman who answered wouldn't help me because the order would not appear on her end. I asked for her help and she declined and told me to call back. I called back, no answer so I left a msg. I followed-up with an email and no answer. The wrong shipment has now been shipped out five days after placing my order and no one got back to me. I don't have an opinion on the product since it has yet to arrive but so far I am not appreciating the customer service.

Wrong color item delivered. Very expensive shipping as it is, but to get the only 2 items and both being the wrong color is disappointing. On larger order, 1 of the 20 something pieces was cracked, so I guess 95% quality might be the new standard in manufacturing.. Was hopeful for better quality items.
