I ordered last Friday. Had a business trip this week. Received an email Wednesday a.m. with what I felt like was an incomplete and unreasonable form. Requesting that I sign my right to dispute the charges for the purchase, authorizing the above amount of which there was none and any additional related charges, or my ordered would be canceled in 48 hours. I responded with questions and have no response. I am now looking to see if I was refunded because I will just order a Veridesk if I was.

Today is only day 2 with my new VersaDesk but I'm loving it. My back feels so much better already to be able to stand and stretch while continuing to work! I love the set up of it also, I have the 40 inch and have room for my computer screen, telephone, speakers, notepads, a plant, my cell phone and some hand lotion. It's great to have the things I need regularly close by!

Support sends emails offering their help, but they don't respond to emails unless you look up the phone number and call; then they will go find your email in the support system. The unit does not go all the way down. It goes an inch shy of all the way down. The first unit I received was returned because of this. The replacement was the same as the first. Once I loaded the top with monitors, it went down further, but still not all the way. While in the lowered position - when typing the unit clicks incessantly. Either the cotter pins or pivot points are likely the cause. If I keep using the unit, I will have to find some way to dampen the noise as it is very distracting. In the lowered position, the unit rocks back and forth due to my keyboarding. I suspect if I wedge something under the keyboard tray (since it doesn't rest on the desktop) this will be resolved or minimized. Raising the unit is very slow. When lowering the unit, it tends to bounce a lot - I have three flat panel monitors on the working surface. The working surface feels small, but putting work (papers) up there seems to be acceptable working space so far. I've only used the unit a few days at this point. Overall my expectations were much higher than my experience to date. If support would just acknowledge my questions via email, I may have rated 4 stars.

Not what I expected. With the VersaDesk in the lowest position, the keyboard tray is way too high for sitting when I set it on a standard sized desk.

I love my desk. My back has really healed just standing half a day. I love the choice whether to stand or not. Best purchase I’ve made for myself in a long time
