Great service, it is great to help our foundations. I hope every person In the whole country help each other instead of hate. We need more people like this who can help others.

The first one I ordered was a dud. My wife and I both took it apart and rebuilt it several times before realizing it just wouldn't work. I called Verilux and they couldn't have been nicer. Shipped out a new one, including a return shipping label for the old one. It worked perfectly! One tip we learned from several reviewers who said they found the poles hard to put together: Have the "blank" spot in the rings facing you as you screw on the other pole. That way you can keep the rings even. No frustration in assembling!

I have enjoyed my Verilux floor stand lamp and desk lamp immensely. For the first time in several years the light lamps went out/ cease to work. It was very easy to go on to the website and place a replacement order. I received them promptly, actually sooner than I expected. Thanks so much for your prompt, timely service. I would recommend this company and their products, hands down!
