Easy to find specific item desired and to purchase. Smooth experience.

Right now I can only rate the lamps. I purchased 2...one for my mother-in-law and then decided to get one for us. The lamp is great, looks great too in brushed nickel.

Verilux is bad business and do not stand behind defective product! I highly recommend consumers stay away from Verilux. Rude customer service, and lies. Filing official complaint with Federal Trade Commission, Dept. Of Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau.

Great product!

I have enjoyed Verilux lamps for many years. I am an avid reader and their lamps are the only ones I use for reading. The bulbs have incredible clarity and just a pure light, I don't know how else to describe it. We have their lamps in our living room and my husband and I each have one on our nightstands in the bedroom. Delivery of all items has been without any glitches. I recommend Verilux, the company and their products.

I received my Verilux 'Happy Light' through some diversionary tactics, had it sent to my brother in New Hampshire, who then brought it up to me in Canada on his next trip up to visit. That took awhile, and it meant that I lost some time as given for returns and some warranty period wasted. For Canadian customers, it would be better if Verilux could organize bringing new items to our market in a more expedicious manner, since they already have outlets set up here in Canada ... Bed Bath and Beyond comes to mind. Otherwise, the light has worked well since arrival and I am pleased with it!

Great lamp. I don't think I got 10,000 hours out of the original bulb. I bought the replacement bulb direct from Verilux. Best price with email discount.
