Customer Service couldn't have been better!

I purchased a new lamp and am very pleased with the look and function. I also ordered a replacement bulb for an older lamp. It lit for about a minute and then went out. I called customer service and a very pleasant woman arranged for me to get a replacement. Bulb recieved and works great. Very pleased with product and service.

Ordered 2 Heritage desk lamps for my work desk and they are substantial, well made, beautiful pieces. The bulbs are great for legal reading. Also, ordered a Lucent Happy Light and it is well made & designed. Clean lines like a tablet, easy to use, compact. Super impressive customer service as well. Whenever I had a question or pieces on 1st Heritage (probably shipping) needed replacement, couldn’t be better.
