Everyone i talk to is friendly and helpful. Communication is great and you get plenty of advanced notice on renewals. My only criticism is the whole communication system isnt the most mobile friendly. Something kept making all the emails I was getting look really sketchy, so I ignored them until the second.

Well for 2-3 years I had renewed my medical card with a provider just fine. This year I was offered a Dr Denkle- who apparently wasn’t vetted to care for patients in this capacity. Now I’m out the$$$ paid for above service, stuck in the circle jerk of cca, provider and you passing responsibility to the other. The street dealer has a better service model !
Response from Veriheal· Sep 2, 2026

Our team is looking into this situation directly to ensure your service is expedited. Thank you for your patience. Someone will reach out directly to provide an update.
