Absolutely useless, spent an hour trying to get a boarding pass, unable to get past inputting mobile number and when I tried to delete the app it got even worse. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Junk app. Worthless. Glitchy. Still need all your papers. Don't bother.

Hopeless app. My BA flight from Reykjavik to LHR wasn’t listed so had to check in at the airport. Very frustrating.

oh dear does this app work correctly for anyone did BA do any testing before they signed up with this company. Very distressed to hear that they also work with Banks hope my bank does not use them. No surprises that they have not replied to reviews. Stuck on taking a selfie. It is enough to put you off flying with BA

Have flown three times recently with BA and on no occasion has VeriFLY been of any use. There is always something wrong: 1. It said we hadn’t loaded documents in time (we had). 2. Everything was loaded correctly but it wouldn’t link through to BA 3. It doesn’t allow you to choose BA as an option to fly to Spain

Awful. Sean Doyle has the audacity to write to customers telling us how it's been so hard to deliver good service during the pandemic and yet is satisfied to inflict Verifly on us all. Not intuative to add a return trip. One has to search for a trip you had never created. Having uploaded vaccination documents once, just days before, they need uploading again even though it is fixed data.

Oh god it's dreadful. Did anyone test this app before it was released? I'm flying tomorrow, and can't check in because this useless app doesn't even have my departure airport as an option. Shame on you verifly.com, your awful app has made my holiday far more stressful than it needed to be.
