There was one time I needed immediate asistance from customer service but they replied me 2 days later so I am not pleased with the efficiency of the customer service.

Très bon site, facile à utiliser et intuitif. Large choix de professeurs d’anglais. Je l’utilise depuis un an et n’ai eu que très rarement des soucis techniques. La méthode de partage de documents est très pratique.

Really student friendly, flexible and transparent

The only issue with online lessons is that occasionally there are technical issues that make it less effective than a live class, and you will not get a refund on that wasted time. Otherwise it is great, teachers are usually quite good.

Really great platform. Lots of useful features for language learning. Video/audio issues tend to be due to the Internet connection, not the platform itself (in my experience).
