A good experience. My order was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. There is a large selection to choose from along with accessories.

I placed my order 1 month ago. I can't say anything about the quality, because I still haven't received my case. It took at least 2 weeks for my order to ship, and now over 2 weeks to even arrive. They can't control overseas shipping but the packing and sending is totally on them.

We’re sorry your order has taken so long to arrive, Sarah. We'd love to dig into your order. Please send us an email at [email protected]

Very high quality for the price! When other cases are $90+, not to mention all of the other accessories, getting a ring and a case for 60 something is fantastic, especially for the quality when dropped on concrete

Thanks for trusting us with your phone protection, Skylar ✨

I bought a phone case for my daughter and it's great! So I asked for one for Mother's Day and I got all the accessories with mine and absolutely love them! I used to buy my cases from Etsy but this has been the best one by far
Response from Velvet Caviar· May 31, 2026
Aww, we love this! 💖 So glad both you and your daughter are enjoying your cases.

I've purchased several iPhone cases and MagSafe grips from Velvet Caviar. They are very good quality products. Packaging is great. Bonus that it's a woman-owned company.

Ordered my phone a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I had to email them for an update on my order and it seems they completely forgotten about it.

I have ordered a few phones covers and accessories and love their products however my last order had a delay and they do not have a way to speak with a live customer service representative. The online contact option through their website sent me a response within 3 minutes however it was a generic AI response every time I used it and didn’t answer my delivery question. The items I ordered were in Stock but the shipment process is not good at all. It’s extremely slow and fulfillment process is extremely slow.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for continuing to support us, Demi. Our team will be following up with you through your original email thread shortly. ✨
