I've hosted my websites on Veerotech for several years. Their service has consistently been outstanding. Downtime is pretty much non-existent. Rarely have I had a problem, and when I have, their customer service staff has quickly resolved the issue.

I was a Veerotech customer for a while and their service was OK. But then they bumped up their prices massively, to more than double what I had been paying before. So I switched to another provider, with whom I've been very happy. Bizarrely though, a couple of years later, Veerotech are still sending me emails as though I were an active customer (which I am not). Today, I had three separate emails from them asking me to review their service! So, I'm finally writing the review they deserve. To me, it seems clear that they now spend far more effort on marketing emails than providing a cost-efficient hosting service, which is a shame as they used to be much better.

They were so patient with my questions and helped, and guided me with many processes. I'm not from a tech background, but VeeroTech makes it easy to learn and follow their steps.

I have been with Veerotech Hosting for several years now. I don't often need support, but when I do it is fast, professional, pleasant, and helpful. That means a lot to me. Today, Niji helped me with some changes on the server that I had messed up. It was a good experience and set my sites right so I can do some maintenance on them. 5 Star service!

Tech support (Kevin) was very helpful with an unusual situation I had and resolved it in one session using screenshots to help me when necessary. Much appreciated.

Each time I have contacted Veerotech, they have been extremely helpful. I have the lowest reseller hosting plan, and even as a newer developer, they assist me in my pursuits as well as give me all the relevant information that I need to learn new ways to use their platform. Every rep that I have talked to has been knowledgeable, which makes support chats short and sweet. And the support chat always gets a response in less than a minute. Great support.

1 am in the morning and I still got instant help on a sudden issue that brought down my website. They identified the issue within a few minutes and quickly solved it. I was very impressed

Absolute best hosting experience - I've used a lot of web hosting services and Veero Tech Hosting has the best support, the lowest amount of downtime I've ever seen - and the best value for the money. If you have any cPanel experience at all, this tops all the other hosting out there.
