My Vapium Lite did not take long to arrive; however, while Smoking there is not enough smoke coming out. Other than this issue it is overall a good product.

The customer service was very prompt and helpful with an order issue. I received my package in a reasonable amount of time. So far, I am pleased with my new vaporizer.

The Vaporizer itself works perfectly but there is a flaw in the way the adapters fit into the vape. They break quite easily where they affix to the vape. Im now on my 3rd different adapter. Poorly designed adapter for an otherwise perfect vaporizer.

Bought a Vapium Lite in March. Both mouthpieces cracked. Verified warranty and it states mouthpieces not covered. Bummer. Had to buy a new mouthpiece.

The claim is it is for beginners. But, I’m doing everything by the manual and multiple YouTube videos and this product is a farce. Not recommending this to anyone.

My experience with Vapium, wasn’t necessarily a bad one. It was time consuming trying to track my order. The website reflects that it was unfulfilled, however I received my order in the mail today (5/11/20). The website still reflects “unfulfilled” even though that is obviously NOT the case. My inquiries were addressed in a timely manner, so customer service seemed to be on point. My only complaint lies with updating information on the website to reflect what is actually going on.

Sorry for the confusion with the shipping, there were a few hiccups as a result of our warehouse having to make some changes due to COVID-19, but things are starting to get back to normal.
