I've ordered 3 items on two different orders and they're taking forever to arrive, the tracking seems to suggest they been on two different cargo planes to date and there's still no sign of their arrival. This will be my last order to vantrue unless these 3 items arrive soon. *As a follow up these 3 items arrived two days after this post. I'll give Vantrue the benefit of the doubt and will use them again if I need to. I appreciate their reply and added a star.

Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize for the delays in receiving your orders. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait longer than expected, especially when tracking shows inconsistencies in transit. Recent global shipping challenges, including cargo routing disruptions and customs processing, have impacted delivery times. While we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping, these external factors are sometimes beyond our immediate control. If you’d like further updates or assistance, please reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll do everything we can to help. Best regards,
