Got the piano stool swivel hdwe ..low $ 40's but the one I wanted was not available ....$47ish. The cheaper one had a screw shaft that was less thick than the original. It looked cheap to me. It rocks when extended. Thank you , Hollie Malone

While products are always outstanding quality, lower shipping charges to patrons would be an incentive for me to purchase much more often vs searching big box stores.

Poor refund service
While they are quick to take your order, returns are another issue. I was instructed to return an item to a supplier and provide the “returns specialist” with the USPS tracking number. This was done 3 weeks ago and an email and phone message to the “specialist” have gone unanswered. As of this date, I have not received a refund!

Items ordered have not been received
Items ordered have not been received, credit card charged. Published 800 telephone number does not work from US Virgin Islands. Customer service personnel seem to be mostly incompetent.
