We all love great furniture. The kind that catches your eye in catalogs, and makes million-dollar listings look the part. The thing is when it comes to getting your hands on this kind of furniture – the kind everyone loves to live with – you realize your local shop doesn’t stock it, it’s way overpriced, and takes 3 months to arrive. We started Valyōu to turn this all around. How? By making furniture that’s as inspired as it is cost-effective. We take cues from the latest trends and leading designers, partner with the most premium brands, and hire the most skilled furniture makers. The result? Quality furniture at really fair prices. It doesn’t sound too crazy from where we’re sitting.

Staff was great, efficient, kind, fun, and knowledgeable! I got my dining table from them and all my family members are truly happy with it! I’m about to get dining chairs too and also looking at a TV stand!

I ordered the Charm 2.0 bed frame on 11/29/21, and it still has not even shipped as of today. I was aware it was a preorder when I ordered it, but the restock date was expected on 12/7/21. I have had one dedicated customer service agent updating me frequently, so I appreciate knowing I am not forgotten (I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 for this). However I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that I am still sleeping on a mattress on the ground well over a month later, and I will be asking for a refund and going with Thuma instead. Shame.

I’m horrified at our experience. We ordered our media stand and coffee table almost four months ago, finally received it and both products were damaged. The drawers don’t even work and the media stand came without legs and connections for the pieces. It’s been a complete disaster. Customer service was prompt in always updating us of delays but it will take a lot to redeem such a long drawn out and then ultimately disappointing product (if you can even say product it was more like left over parts packaged up for us in a box). The media stand didn’t even look as pictured - will be reporting this company as a scam if not remedied quickly.

DO NOT buy if you have pets. Even the slightest glance from an animal who is anything less than declawed will have loops of fabric pulling out and feathers pushing out through every single cushion. And 100% DO NOT wash the material. It absolutely destroys it. DO NOT depend on their customer service or even your warranty. They have taken over a month to get back to me and at this point, I think they are just hoping to run out the clock on the warranty so they don't have to do anything.

I ordered 6 items from mid November and nothing has arrived as of end of November. All items were in stock except one that was supposed to be in stock on November 24th. Today is November 30 and the 17th email I get from valyou customer service is informing me that she will give me another update (we can’t deliver) on January 2nd. Be aware of this company .
