Valyōu FurnitureReviews of valyoufurniture.com

Shipped incredibly fast ! Delivery was constantly updated and tracked. Arrived package perfectly and undamaged. 10/10 would recommend !

Visited Valyou's showroom over the weekend and fell in love with every single item on that store! I was told that they are fairly new company and so delivery and shipping might take awhile. I was actaully expecting 2-3 weeks but I received my item after five days! Within two days I've received information about my delivery already and on the day of delivery they will text you how far away they are which I think was really awesome. Elliot and David did a good job on bringing in our furniture with care. I am happy with my purchase from this company and looking forward to buy my furniture from them again in the future!

I got the best price for the sectional I was looking for. Customer service was great during purchasing and shipping. The shipping company was nice and courteous. They even delivered early.

I love my couch. It was the right price and fits my room perfectly! The customer service was amazing and the delivery team was kind and helpful!

Where should I start, Firstly I waited 6 month to get my couch delivered to me with no explanation from the support, After the delivery turned the forgot about the ottomans so had to wait another month for the ottomans to arrive, The covers had a different texture on the picture which I complained about to which the manager said that this is improved material. I naively believed them which was a mistake . Only after a first wash on gentle cycle the covers started to falling apart. I complained about this online on their instagram where I got a reply from their support that I should message them via email for the resolution. I messaged and explained the problem and they told me that essentially, this type of damage is considered to be the result of normal wear and tear. Seriously? They publicly replied to me online only to make themselves look good like they are trying to fix the issue. Which is a lie. The worst experience I've ever had so be aware this company is not trustworthy!

I am obsessed with my couch!!! I received communications all throughout and helped me plan my day. The two gentleman that made the delivery Ralphy and John assembled the furniture and removed the boxes, they were very profesional, kind and respectful. Definitely recommend

We have bought feathers sectional in great and love it so far. Delivery was quick and product is as described.

I liked Valyou's Feathers couch so much that I had to get more! Elliot and Jerry did a fantastic job delivering the pieces and carefully put everything in place without leaving any scratches on my floor. They were on time and genuine, can't ask for anything better!
