We all love great furniture. The kind that catches your eye in catalogs, and makes million-dollar listings look the part. The thing is when it comes to getting your hands on this kind of furniture – the kind everyone loves to live with – you realize your local shop doesn’t stock it, it’s way overpriced, and takes 3 months to arrive. We started Valyōu to turn this all around. How? By making furniture that’s as inspired as it is cost-effective. We take cues from the latest trends and leading designers, partner with the most premium brands, and hire the most skilled furniture makers. The result? Quality furniture at really fair prices. It doesn’t sound too crazy from where we’re sitting.

We ordered the feathers sectional in cream color. The color is light but the material and comfort are exquisite. The company kept me apprised of delivery times and dates and the delivery team delivered swiftly and set up the sectional for me. This particular service is extra but it won’t break pockets. Great company great products.

The short version is....I WISH THAT I READ THE REAL REVIEWS 1ST! I just ordered and it said available in stock but now the delivery is saying 2 months out. What a shame because it looks like a good product but I will never know because I am canceling and just going to RH.

We were very concerned based on reviews, but our friend had a Valyou couch, and we had to have it. We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

I want to write a more positive review, I just received the furniture a few days ago and upon initial inspection it seems ok. My problem is with the shipping, the shipping company subcontracted by Valyou was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had. They were dismissive, rude and downright unkind. Valyou needs to own their whole buying experience and choose subcontractors wisely, with all the options out there I recommend using anyone else- perhaps a company who cares how their customers are treated. Valyou called to make sure I was home for the delivery and I took off from work to be there and the delivery service would not even address me, or carry the package to the top of my steps. They also sent a delivery receipt indicating the delivery was unattended. They were downright rude and dismissive.

We're very sorry that your request for additional assistance outside your shipping method went unnoticed. While we take full responsibility for our partnered delivery team, it's important to clarify that we operate as separate entities and don't have direct control over their actions. We've escalated this issue to Deliveright's upper management, and despite their differing stance, we remain committed to advocating for your concerns. We're actively gathering similar reports to assess our partnerships with them and other carriers. Despite being a small business, we take pride in upholding our commitment to fast delivery and responsive customer service. However, we understand that the compensation offered may not meet your expectations, it represents our best effort. We value every feedback as an opportunity for improvement. We hope that this platform will serve as a means for constructive criticism, ultimately benefiting all parties involved.
