I’ve now ordered nearly 5 times for Value research Labs. My order has always been processed fast and sent to UPS quickly. UPS delivery has been late half the time by a day. This summer my orders were delivered at the end of the day with temperatures in the upper 90s. When opening my product, it was extremely warm and questionable if they would work. I feel they should pack in a cooler for summer temperatures. Overall, i feel the pricing is good and the products are working.

Hi Jon, thank you for your review and for your loyalty across nearly five orders. We appreciate your detailed feedback about carrier delivery times and summer heat exposure, and we've shared it with our fulfillment team as we evaluate our packaging for warmer months. If you ever have concerns about the condition of an order on arrival, please reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help. We're glad you're happy with our pricing and processing speed. - The Value Research Laboratories Team
