DO NOT BUY !!! There are no instructions with this order. I have no idea how to mix this , how much to use. I purchased 3 bottles. How am I supposed to know how much water is needed for each? Absolutely zero instructions. So this order is not useful.

The orders arrived quickly, the coa is on line and easy to access. I had a small issue with my first order and customer service resolved it quickly. Rest of the orders haven't had any issues.

Shipping and products have been great so far. My last shipment came packaged good with the vials in a actual holder where as the one before they was threw in plastic wrap. My only complaint with your company is why don't you offer reconstitution water at a good rate so I don't have to buy elsewhere.
Response from Value Research Laboratories· Oct 5, 2026
Hi Ron, thank you for your review and your feedback! We're glad your most recent order arrived with the improved vial packaging. We appreciate your comments about reconstitution water. Bacteriostatic water is available in our catalog in 3 mL and 10 mL sizes, and we've shared your pricing feedback with our team as we continue to improve our offerings. - The Value Research Laboratories Team
