I received my Pet Pads very quickly after ordering --- only 2 days! But, at first,I was confused and disappointed because I had ordered the regular blue and white pads, but I was sent the full order of the grey charcoal ones instead, and I wasn't sure if my cats would accept them Well, they did! And I love the less odor and easier cleanup!
