I get what I ordered no mistakes and fast service. Only problem is with delivery box gets crushed and ripped so when I open it up I get torn plastic bags and a few torn pads. Oh well you can't have everything. Happy New year

I accidentally ordered 2x. I called customer service and got someone immediately that could clearly see my order and was able to cancel one before it went through. The women was so friendly and personable. I also inquired about the size of the diaper. My dog is in-between sizes. The medium work but they seem slightly too big so she sent me 3 small diapers free of charge to sample them with my dog. The shipment was was quick. I received them in 3 days! My dog is going through 3 or 4 diapers a day so I am grateful to find a company that not only has an excellent diaper but wonderful customer service.

My order arrived on time and in great condition. It was delivered at my front door where I was able to get it all brought into the house. I am very happy with my order. These 17x24 green pads are perfect for my two dogs. I like them a lot more than the charcoal ones that I was using. These lay flat and don't have to be "hand-ironed" like the charcoal ones do. Will order these again when needed.

It was easy to order the male wraps for my dog and they arrived very quickly. This is my second time ordering these wraps. I was previously getting them from Petsmart at a much higher price. I'm so glad I found your website!

Love the quality of the pads and my dog loves it too because it does not soak through quick when she uses the bathroom on it.

My dog definitely likes her treats. They don't last long, but then again, she's a VERY aggressive chewer! I'm just happy she's happy
