Always receive my orders very quickly, as in 2 to 3 days after placing orders. Excellent and prompt customer service as well. Very responsive to emails. I've been dealing with Valuepetsupplies for many years and they are my go to, to buy in bulk.

Couldn’t have been better
I had a different billing and shipping address, and I received a call to confirm it, which I liked because you never know anymore. Lady was very nice. Product is good, got all I ordered, and a free gift. My dogs love them. And a better price point than anywhere else.

Excellent Customer Service!
I have always been super happy with Value Pets products, they are the best. Recently, I had an issue with my order. I spoke with Traci who went above and beyond. I am definitely a customer for life. The best customer service I have ever encountered.
