I am experiencing the same as other users. I placed an order on the 19th and it was confirmed but no other communication. I too was told they could not provide additional information when I reached out regarding a status check. I asked for the pharmacy contact which I received and the pharmacy informed me the prescription was not filed correctly and they had let Vahalla know a week and a half prior with no response. I asked for my case to be expedited and told I would receive immediate information, however another 3 full days have passed without resolve. I even explained that I am headed to a work trip that will take me out of town for two weeks and leave me unmedicated for a total of three weeks. They had no issue collecting my funds immediately however there has been no urgency to rectify the problem. really unfortunate based on cost of product. I did expect better customer service. I was able to talk directly with someone at the pharmacy but not Vahalla.

I have been waiting since August 12th for my prescription to be mailed after they had marked my order completed and still haven't recieved anything. When I tried to contact customer service about this they told me they didn't have an ability to check on the status of my prescription with the pharmacy they subcontract with. My concern now is that they told me the name of the pharmacy and it appears to have some recently closed store locations. I really hope I recieve my medicine. I can see that someone from Valhallavitality.com responded here. I'm really hoping that I recieve my medicine. Currently I'm just waiting for customer service to get back to me. It's been 2 days since I contacted them now. It's now day 3 and after being told they will look into my prescription and get back to me they are giving me the response they gave me before they made that promise claiming the pharmacy has the prescription and they will give me an email once that prescription has been filled. Here is the exact reply from today. Robert, We can confirm that Partell Pharmacy has received your prescription order and it is currently being processed. Once the pharmacy begins processing your order, we cannot provide live-updates during the standard processing time. The compounding pharmacy is responsible for the rest of the process. Once it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. It will be an email or SMS depending upon the Pharmacy. Here is the previous reply. We are now checking your concern. We will get back to you with the resolution shortly. We appreciate your patience. I'm really frustrated with this company. Final update: Valhalla Vitality was entirely evasive and dishonest every step of the way when I tried to resolve my issue of never having recieved the medication I paid for. I ended up paying 100 dollars for a prescription I cannot get access to to use at a real pharmacy. They told me that my order had been sent to a particular pharmacy and that it was taking a long time because of that pharmacy. I contacted the pharmacy they claimed to have used and that pharmacy had no prescription in my name and the representative stated their turnaround for compounded prescriptions is two days. Do not use this agency. If you want any of the modalities they offer try crossing the border into Mexico have fun and save money and stress at the same time. What they charged me 430+ dollars for on a subscription you can get in Tijuana for 40 dollars without a prescription.

I was given wrong blood test. Doctor and Pharmacist expect me to pay for new consultation and blood test. I wasted time and money. It was not my fault. I should be aptly compensated. I also called and asked for grievance process pharmacist denied me information so did customer service. This is not the first issue I have had. After consultation the doctor is impossible to reach for communication with pharmacist. I am considering a different service. Maybe PeterMD or the like.

Pricing not in line with other providers. Considerably more expensive.

I have the best experience and service with the trazeptide program!! Love love love highly recommend
