Abhorrent. They do not care, are unprofessional and dismissive in the only communication method you’re able to talk through, text. Imagine texting annoyed 12 year olds. Dosing unclear, amount received appears to be less than promised, and efficacy is questionable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Customer service is wonderful and always responds quickly when I have needed them! I have been on tirzepatide since May of '24 and have lost almost 60 lbs. It has truly been a life saving option for me. I was at 300 lbs, pre diabetic, high blood pressure and tried literally every diet and workout I could over several years and would lose no more than 15 lbs on my own. My only complaint is the lack of tracking information on the medication (especially something that needs refrigeration and is so expensive) has been difficult a few times when I'm at work or not home and don't know it's coming. But I signed up for UPS and Fedex shipping notifications and that has worked my last 2 orders at giving me a heads up the day before it arrives. I'm sure it's difficult with the 3rd party manufacturer to provide shipping details so I'm still giving 5 stars because Valhalla has been so great and the medication has saved my health.
