Súper bad experience I don’t feel that I had enough support . I been taking the medication and I don’t see any change
Response from Valhalla Vitality· Apr 6, 2023
Hi Sharon, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I looked into your account an saw that you had an issue with tracking your medication. I wanted to let you know that after you order your medication, we send the prescription to one of the many pharmacies we partner with. The processing period and shipping time of your medication is then in their hand not ours. All customers receive tracking information directly from the pharmacy, not us. We apologize if that was not clear. You also placed an order for one of our weight loss therapies and it has only been 2 weeks since you started. As much as we would like for it to work instantly, that is not the case, but we can assure you that you will see a change within 3 to 6 months. We are always here to help and support you along your wellness journey. Reach out to our Customer Service line if you have any questions.

I never received my order.
Response from Valhalla Vitality· Apr 6, 2023
Hello Alexandra, your review is not true. You have YET to receive your order. If you had never received your order it would mean we are a scam of a company who took your money and ran. Instead we have been in constant contact with you via our customer service line and have provided you with the appropriate updates. There was a mix up with your prescription that we brought to your attention and explained it would cause a bit of a delay. The processing and shipping periods at the pharmacy is not something we can control, but we are constantly working to find pharmacies with the fastest turn around times. We informed you that we contacted the pharmacy and asked to expedite the order that was being processed. When a tracking number is available it will be sent to you by the pharmacy. This was an inconvenience to you and we do apologize, but we have been doing all that we can to make sure you get your medication.

Receiving my order took much longer than 10 business days. When I reached out to a representative, I was met with defensive and rudeness.
Response from Valhalla Vitality· Apr 2, 2023
Hi, I’m sorry that someone is rude, we will make sure to address it with customer service and always put our best foot forward. Shipping delays from the pharmacies had been an issues, however we have switched pharmacies for every since state and service now so that everything can be delivered in under 1 week! I hope you will have a better experience going forward!
