When I first became a customer, the customer service was great. The product arrived on time and was what I ordered. As I’ve increased my purchases, the orders have become sporadic as far as delivery times and my latest order was completely wrong. I’ve gotten zero help from customer service to remedy the situation.

Valhalla Vitality has done wonders for me. Their doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They genuinely want to help you and make you become the best version of yourself. I’ve been using them for almost 2 months now and I’m down 20lbs and feeling more motivated than ever. I will happily be a client for life.

For your $100 initial consultation, you can expect a full three minute phone call with a doctor. You will then spend over $500 on medication that "should" arrive within two weeks, but expect an email stating they don't know when you'll receive it. But you've already been charged, of course. Can't say I recommend it, as it feels like a money grab.

During this time, you are encouraged to ask any questions you may have. We pride ourselves on being transparent and communicative, ensuring that you understand the entire process and what to expect. The medical intake form provides detailed information on the overall process, including the fact that it can take up to 10 business days for compounding pharmacies to process medications. While our prices are competitive, they are often much lower than those of other clinics. Our goal is to make holistic healthcare accessible to everyone. However, we understand that this process may not be suitable for everyone, especially in a world that expects instant gratification.

I reached out to Valhalla to start my journey on one of the weight management options they provide. I was able to get an appointment with a doctor to have a consultation very fast and they walked me through the steps I need to take/ the recommended dosage and what to expect. Everyone was very knowledgeable and reached out to me to make sure I understood everything. I’m excited to continue working with them and can’t wait to see results.

My order was at the pharmacy on June 29,2023. It is now July 25 2023 and I still do not have my medication. No email yet from pharmacy that it’s has been shipped this is way over the expected time frame if 10-14 days. I should get a discount because you certainly charge enough 40723 order number
