I have been satisfied with Valahalla
I have been satisfied with Valahalla. I am losing slowly with tirzepitide, at 67 and titanium hips, femur rods and knees, I am limited to walking, and that is helpful. I get discouraged seeing so many losing much more. But I hope to stick with it. Financially it is becoming a bit difficult. I also think it would be nice if providers reached out to us occasionally. I know it is a very busy program, and I can text and get answers if I have questions, but it would be nice to connect for some encouragement. Thank you!

Valhalla has been great for me
Valhalla has been great for me. The appointment was quick and easy and the provider listened to my concerns. The cost is comparable to other telehealth companies.
