All fraud. They make it difficult to get refund. Prices at get go more than other sites. Lies, lies, lies. Hope no one pays for this service. Wish I knew if anybody got their thousands in payments back

Same thing as RSI vacations. Read comments there. The price is think would RARELY be justified.

Would give negative if I could. Received a bill today for autodraft “membership fee.” I didn’t get to use my “free” certificate before it expired because life has been too busy to check this company out. I was never told there was a membership fee, would not have houned because I already had a vacation plan that had been charging me one for over 30 years that I never used. Zoom call presentation sounded like initial fee was cost of membership then they make their money as you book your vacations. When I contacted the people billing me they were rude and condescending and said sales company got all the money, that I have to contact vacation company but would not give me contact info. Searching internet appears this is a three layer scam. Finally made it to the site to check out cruises to compare to Carnival’s web site. Same cruise, same room, double the price. But wait, oh, I get the $242 commission the zoom caller promised. Really? A $242 commission after paying $1,900 more than what I could have paid on Carnival’s site??? Still searching the web to try and find a way to contact these scammers.

I would give Zero star if I could. They showed only their parent company star reviews never showed Vac suppliers review. There are very limited properties for vacation and there is no discount on prices.

Misconception is their game. Get the same prices on rental car, hotels, cruises from expedia or directly off the cruise website, which they use as their "whole sale pricing". Don't get pulled into this scam of bs. Was told by several in the zoom that most the cruises would be buy 1 get 1. No its buy 1 get 1/2 off, same as cruise website. No deals to be had unless you want Vegas in mid August or Nashville in January which can be found on other non-member sites. The hassle for the free gifts not worth it either.

Promised a dedicated conceriage person who doesn't exist. Same phone number for Program Mgr and sales, which goes directly into a generic voicemail. it's impossible to talk to anyone with authority.

The 5 Star review above is literally the guy I had to Zoom for 3 hours. His bad jokes actually worked, so he is a troll. We were taken to the cleaners as well.
