Als langjähriger, gut zahlender Kunde kommt man sich mit der Zeit ziemlich abgestellt vor ... Man soll zwar weiter und immer mehr einzahlen, dazu wird man auch ständig aufgefordert sobald man sich an den Support wendet... aber frühere immer wieder mögliche Belohnungen wie Freispiele oder auch Bonusguthaben ohne Einzahlung - scheint man auffallend ausgeschlossen zu werden, abgewimmelt und nur noch zum zahlen aufgefordert zu werden. Ich hielt mal ganz gut was von der Seite aber es ist sehr auffällig wie rapide sie im Kundenservice nachgelassen hat und man nur noch zum zahlen aufgefordert wird....

The worst possible casino. Problems with profile verification, problems with payouts, problems with everything with them, it all boils down to waiting. And in the end, nothing. They limit payments per ticket, they personally took 400e from me because I made a deposit from my wife's card... And with that deposit I made money around 400e and in the end they collected everything.
