Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the pricing changes and cancellation outcome. At Uwon Carriers, we aim to provide transparent communication, accurate quoting, and reliable RV and vehicle transport coordination. In rare situations like high-demand or oversized shipments (such as RV transport), carrier availability and route conditions can change, which may affect pricing or feasibility. However, we understand that this should always be clearly communicated and handled more smoothly. We also appreciate you acknowledging the partial refund provided. While it does not fully resolve the situation, it reflects an effort to address the concern fairly. Your feedback is important and will be reviewed internally so we can improve communication clarity, especially around cancellation terms, pricing updates, and large vehicle transport coordination. We appreciate the opportunity you gave us and wish you the best moving forward with your future transport needs.
