Great and super fast service! Would recommend.

I really wanted to leave a positive review, but they've given me no choice. I loved the idea of getting this treatment online and over the phone because I have no insurance, a pandemic is going on, and I knew Urgent Care would cost more. The antibiotic they prescribed did not work. After it was complete symptoms were still there. I told them this when they followed up by email and they told me to call. I called and they never picked up, but the automated voice gave me the option to hang up when I was on hold and have them call back saying I wouldn't lose my place in line. No one ever called back. I paid the money for the consult for nothing, and they couldn't even bother to help me after they prescribed me a medication that didn't work. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend.

So far this process is less expensive and better than going into an office.

Quick, thorough, and easy questionnaire made my experience painless and convenient. My usual pharmacy was listed as an option to pick up my prescription which was an added bonus. If I find myself needing this service again, I will for sure come back.
