the company teams always returns the calls and are proficient and patient in solving such big problem to the techno-moron like myself Pedro was wonderful today

The first tech for my issue was ok, but my problem wasn't 100% fixed. I called back, and the second tech fixed it in 10 minutes and 32 seconds. I am so so thankful. I just knew I'd be on the phone for hours.

Technician Nathan was excellent in all respects. He was professional and easy to understand. I would quickly recommend your USTechSupport, IOLO, System Mechanic and whatever other monickers you use. This company answers their phones quickly and provides great results.

He listened to what i had to say "i am not an armature when it comes to building and diagnosing problems but not nearly as knowledgeable as Pedro was. I am very happy that i signed up for IT support i plan on keeping it after this experience.

The tech was excellent, explained to me what he did and how he removed the phony warnings I received for someone else trying to sell me something.
