not even one when I was lied to on the internet said $16. on phone said $50. an the add said $37

Couldn't store a car because it doesn't run. Worthless.

They got me down only to tell they won't take my car now I might lose it and most storages are supposed to have insurance I will never rent from them again fuckem!

Very nice facility and staff! So easy to get our things moves into storage and the prices are fantastic!!!! Highly recommend!

Customer service was so great. She provided me with full descriptive information about the units available, no delay or waiting, offered help every step in the process, accompanied me when I needed and was smiling all the time. Great experience!

Finding the size space I needed for a good price and reserving it were very easy on their web site. The site manager called me shortly afterward to confirm the reservation and was friendly, helpful and efficient. Would have gotten 5 stars but on the web site it stated the first month was free but when I talked with the manager I found out this was only for a few small spaces and not the one I needed. This should be made clear on the web site so there are no false expectations.

The process was easy, straightforward and relatively quick. The unit that I rented was exactly as described and the representative who opened my contract at the 4920 NW 7th St. location in Miami, Gayla, was especially helpful, cheerful and efficient. Overall the only recommendation I would have is that there should be more specific information readily available online regarding the administrative fees and insurance.

I made a reservation for the Dixie Highway location but my truck rental and the "stuff" I needed to pick up was in the East end and I was not going to make it to Dixie Highway before they closed. No worries, Mike said I could stop at the Herr Lane location and speak to the lovely Ellen which I did and both of them, Mike at Dixie Highway and Ellen at Herr Lane were so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company.
