They have an easy to use website and the prices were very competitive. They sent an email to call them and I returned their call, but I got an answering machine. I left a message, but did not receive a return phone call.

Couldn't find out an exact dollar amount nor could I find out about where to get insurance that they request you have to get the space

I love the idea of the first month being free, but after the admin free and insurance it is more like 1/2 off the first month. I feel like this should've been more clear from the get go.

So far so good. Booked online yesterday for Sunday and the site staff called me today to follow up. I was in the area so I stopped by, chose and toured my unit and completed the process quickly. Employee offered great customer service and was efficient while helping another customer also.

Great, easy site. Quite informative as I am coming from out of Town and I needed to solve my storage situation quick and easy, which I did. The rates are good, for my needs and first month free. Month to month rentals available and lots of payment types. Plus they post their complete office hours AND gate access hours. Since I have a jet ski, the access hours are flexible for my times on the lake.
