The customer service has been excellent. The manager Al, thoroughly and professionally explained all aspects of the process, security, and terms so I felt secure and comfortable.

During the registration, it was stated that the insurance and administrative fee may apply. These are the decesive factors about my storage selection. To get this, I have to call them, which I do not want to.

I was having a decent experience with storing my motorcycle up until I found out that I could NOT park my vehicle out front and ride the bike. What a letdown; after learning that, I found the storage room was a lot smaller than what I thought a 5x10 storage should be. I was able to get my bike inside, but hardly had no room to get off and get out. There's no way the width was 5 feet, at least it seemed that way to me. Maybe I'm wrong, not sure. I was however pleased with security and the lady who rented to me was nice. It'll do for now.
