Wheelhouse has been a game changer for our short-term rental business--well worth the cost. It allows us to save time, keep our property booked, and maximize revenue. The customer service is exceptional, and it is relatively easy to customize settings to our preference.

I've used Wheelhouse for my business over the past 6 years. Aside from having the best algorithms out there. Wheelhouse really showed up during COVID. Their communication, customer service, and support for host was 1st class. Couldn't recommend more.

We wouldn't be here without you! Undoubtedly, COVID took a hit on everyone, but we're all in this together!

Excellent software that makes it easy to run my portfolio without the headaches of manual strategy. I've used similar companies and haven't had as much luck as I've had with Wheelhouse.

Going through listing by listing can definitely be tedious. Happy to hear you're having success managing your portfolio by utilizing Wheelhouse and our bulk editing capabilities!

Wheelhouse has fantastic customer support. Jake reviewed my account and settings with me and helped me devise and refine my pricing strategy. I was impressed they would take the time to do this with me. Also, I love the fact that they are transparent in how they come up with their prices and are very forthcoming on how to best use their product. Plus I love that they keep rolling out new features!

Kuddos to Jake! Glad he was able to guide you through Wheelhouse. If you're ever curious about the inter-workings of our algorithm, it's all there on our blog!

Wheelhouse has been awesome for our business. We utilize the tools to keep our pricing updated. However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

It's always good to question! Hopefully customizing pricing in Wheelhouse is quick and easy. Feel free to reach out to us for any questions or suggestions!
