Purchased a 5.3l engine with quoted 98k from them on Jan 2. It was delivered in the time frame they had forecasted. We installed the engine and unfortunately did not meet specs. Customer service was notified and quickly resolved the situation by offering a full refund. Refund to arrive in 3-5 days. 5 stars are for customer services response. Will confirm when the refund arrives. Thanks to Dave in customer service for his help.

Hi Dan, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our warranty process is very smooth. For it being a used engine and specifically for some specific manufacturers, having rust is normal unless it's too much. The engine is covered under warranty and as we can see your issue has already been escalated to the warranty team. Our support soon will contact you with the Claim and we will provide you with the best possible resolution including a replacement or full refund. Assuring you of the best services! Thank you
