Got a rusty broken engine. I'm hoping it starts up. But customer support was great
Response from Used Engines Inc· Nov 3, 2022
Hello Robert, We truly apologize for the broken additional accessories that were sent along the engine free of cost. We checked with the shippers and found that the damage was caused during the shipment. We've made sure that the engine you have received is in perfect working condition. We request you to let us know if you face any issue with the engine itself so we may assist you as per our warranty policies. Thank you.

The sales staff was able to locate the engine of my needs very promptly and answered any questions I had. The transaction & purchase of the engine went very smoothly up until the engine was delivered. It arrived with no turbos and I was assured the turbos would be included in the purchase. When I contacted customer service they were very efficient in correcting the issue & had the turbos shipped out to the shop. I am very satisfied with the customer service support I received in the end.
