To clarify, the initial price of $700 was a quoted estimate based on previous shipments on that route, and it is a system-generated price. As clearly stated in the contract, the final price can fluctuate due to various factors, such as weather conditions and driver availability etc. Similarly, the pickup and delivery times are estimated and subject to change based on these factors as well. We value your feedback and are committed to improving our services to better meet customer expectations.
