We received quickly but have a question
We received quickly. Just not sure if this is sufficient for airline travel now that they do not allow emotional support animals. Is additonal training needed or is this certification enough?

I am very upset
I am very upset, i purchased the product for $99 where they sent you the certificate, the dog vest, etc. When i got the dog jacket it did not say service dog on the vest, it is useless, no one will let my dog in anywhere since they have no idea that it is truly a service dog. I want a refund. Will never recommend this site to anyone, in fact i will tell them don't bother.

Hi Lynne, We apologize for any issues with your dog's registration but the vest comes with patches that shows it's designation in a separate plastic in the package. If you did not receive the patches for the vest, we will be more than happy to mail out another set of patches or if you prefer a refund instead, we can also take care of that for you .
