I ordered a Cheese Melter 2/5/2020 so I would have it by Valentines Day Weekend. I've called several times and I still don't' even have a tracking number. I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

Greg, Please accept my sincerest apologies for this operational error. We did in fact receive your purchase order for the Antonelli Event Center on 2/5/2020. Unfortunately, we had a series of catastrophic IT issues which delayed our ability to properly communicate and ship this product in a timely manner. I read the unsettling review below and would also like to personally apologize to Mr. Greg Antonelli on behalf of the Asber USA Team.
