Quisiera saber cuál es el porcentaje que cobra DESPEGAR por sus servicios. Nunca resulta claro como tampoco al momento de contratar, después vienen las sorpresas.

pegar y pegar al cliente donde más le duele, en el bolsillo e incumplimiento de servicios. nada que ver con la empresa que hasta un año atrás si algún servicio fallaba buscaba la forma de resarcirse por daños y perjuicios ocasionados. Hoy llevo dias esperando resolución por traslado que empresa intermediaria que no cumplió y sólo me pudieron decir que me devolverán lo que pagué, pero nada dicen del taxi que tuve que pagar o de la desagradable situación de estar a medianoche sola en un aeropuerto con mendigos y el absoluto silencio u frío invernal. ADEMAS aun no me devolvieron dinero completo x cancelación que hice en NOVIEMBRE, porque PEGAR AL CLIENTE por maniobras especulativas que superan mi conocimiento y buena fe, se niega hacerlo por el canal de pago que fue en mi caso VISA. CONSEJO: cuesta mucho viajar , si deciden hacer esa inversión (el mejor regalo que nos podemos hacer en la vida), apelen a empresas SERIAS QUE RESPETEN AL CLIENTE y no a PEGAR (ex despegar) que lo único que DESPEGA es tu dinero y paciencia.

Is the worst agencie to work with, I cancel my flight and they do not want to give a refund. (On the terms mention it will be a total refund if you cancel 24 hrs prior your flight) I bought a fly on the 14 of December, to fly with Aeromexico, that exact day I cancel my fly because on Aeromexico they were not able to find my reservation. I call despegar, they told me they did not have a number where Aeromexico will be able to find my reservation, and I had to wait until my flight day to make any changes ( I wanted to chose my seat). I decide to cancel my flight, but they send an email telling me they were going to make a refund for 106.00 pesos (Mexican money) I totally did not pay that amount for my fly. Later on, I tried to call them and they never answered, I wait in the line more than an hour, and there was no answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DESPEGAR!!!!
