Urban Bike Tech had what I needed in stock and answered all my questions - clearly very knowledgeable. The shipping was super fast too. Will definitely be buying from them again for my future projects.

Had the stuff I needed in stock, and went way out of his way to help me troubleshoot the problem I was trying to solve.

Great product (2x keys!) - I love that urban bike tech still includes two keys in every set (apparently the manufacturer stopped selling them like that a few years ago.) I can take a key with me when I’m out on a ride, and keep one safety stored at home. Awesome. Great service - Jason helped me figure out exactly which set I needed, and responded to every inquiry quickly. Great overall experience - will definitely buy my next set from these guys.
