Have had 2 pairs of orthodics for a period of a year. The first set had to be replaced due to pad separation w/in a 3 month period. Upstep replaced them within a couple of weeks w/o any issue. 2nd st was more robust and work very well. I use them all day - every day. Great company with good customer service

Great Product and Great Service These inserts are the best. Before getting them, my feet were sore at the end of every day. I haven't had any foot pain since getting them. I've been using them for just short of two years now, and would recommend Upstep to anyone.
