I work in the medical field and am on my feet all day long. Upstep insoles have been a game changer for me regarding plantar fasciitis relief! The customer service is phenomenal. Having Kirsten Rizzo's personal assistance made all the difference, because I am uneasy ordering online and have made mistakes before, or forgotten a step, or had a problem getting disconnected, as I did this time trying to upload a photo. Her expertise, patience, and kindness were what pushed me over the edge and gave me the confidence to order these orthotics, since I now know there's a human being who cares, and who can help me if I should have any problems or need to change them. (unlikely, but hey). I'm 70, and in good shape, and have older orthotics that I'm really used to, and she helped me determine and confirm the kind I should order.

2 months.....no product, no refund as I requested weeks ago. Same canned response about their willingness to provide FedEx shipping and a" $ 50" jar of foot cream they told me about a month ago. How many millions of people's money are they sitting on to fund this debacle? Beginning to wonder if this is a complete scam. The next FTX ?
