Aron was a pleasure to work with
Aron was a pleasure to work with. I purchased a package and then it’s soon became unavailable due to being sold out. I contacted Aron at upgrade my trip, and he rectified the issue immediately. The customer service was great and he was very patient with me as we work through the details. He was able to fix the issue in no time and communicated timely and effectively. I will definitely be utilizing upgrade my trip in the future.
