Hi Felix, Appreciate the feedback — and our apologies if you were expecting a different outcome. We know it takes a minute to reach out for funding, but we’re very clear about our qualifications: $250K+ in annual revenue and at least 2 years in business. Leaving a false review because you didn’t meet those standards isn’t productive. Still, we wish you and your business nothing but the best.

Hello Vitaliy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Upon reviewing our records, we found that we sent you a single email, detailing the necessary information for our Line of Credit Product. We always strive to connect only with individuals who have shown interest in our services. Interestingly, we noticed a review you left with Lendio on January 5th, 2017, which seemed to show an interest in business loans. Moreover, we always respect our customers' choices regarding email communications. At the bottom of our emails, there's an easy-to-find link stating, "No more emails from us? Click here to unsubscribe." We believe in giving everyone the freedom to choose what they want to receive. We genuinely hope all is well on your end and understand that sometimes external factors can influence our perceptions. Should you have any further concerns or if there's any way we can assist you, please let us know. Warm Regards, UpCrunch
