Ir was not clear to me that the discount on shipping was only on USPS. Not UPS.

The flower was nicely packaged, but it looked more like a carnation than the rose I ordered.

The flower I ordered was well made and a pretty color but not quite like the picture. Was hoping it looked a little more realistic. Still pretty to look at!

Checkout was confusing. I used PayPal but I could not get my order sent as a gift when I did.

Like the product. Although I read the dimensions online prior to ordering, the actual item appears smaller in person than described and shown online.

Ordering and delivery went smooth. Wife loves peonies but they don't last very long. This hopefully will but also will needed dusted.

The website was user friendly however, I was disappointed because it was not clear as to which arrangements the SUMMERSALE discount code could be applied to. The banner on the site simply states use this code at checkout for a 20% discount. At checkout I entered the code only to be informed that the code could not be used with the arrangement I selected.

There was an error in my initial shipment (flowers omitted), but Unwilted took care of it immediately. Product is great BTW!
