Needed help with disabling the voicemail feature from an extension that gave my address and office hrs. Customer service said voicemail couldn't be removed, but like magic, she added time to the end of my ext greeting file so that callers would not hear the beep right away. Great workaround. Super friendly and quick. Very impressed with Unitel Voice and sales/support staff. Thank you!

Diana was professional, patient though for a while I though she was going to loose it but she remained calm ,collected and help through the long process. She went above and beyond her call of duty. Diana Hankes was amazing!! She was very patient with me as I'm not the most tech savvy person, but improving(Lol). Diana was able to troubleshoot my issue, and get me what I needed.
