Great customer service! Got back to me in a flash after I gave a 2 star review. The only reason it's now 4 out of 5 stars, when I did pre-registration, it seemed I was putting a hold on the domain names I choose. Instead pre-registered these names will show more value of name which makes price go up. It's fair in reality, but I feel like I waisted my time.

Our records show that we received one support ticket from your email address on March 13th, and that we replied to you on the same day, but there was no other reply from you in that support thread and no other emails from your address in our database. However, we're happy to help you here! A domain pre-registration acts as an expression of interest in our system, and does not reserve the domain name. When we know a domain's release date and price, we notify you by email so you can choose to confirm your pre-order if you want to register, and then we'll attempt to register it for you when it becomes available. We have a registration success rate of about 75%, but of course, you will only be charged if we register the domain for you. We price domain names as competitively as we can, and while we know we aren't always the least expensive choice, we also work from the viewpoint that a steadier price is preferable to an unpredictable one. For example, .COM domain names have stayed $9.90 per year since we were founded -- one of the cheapest rates anywhere. This also helps us to reliably offer free features like unlimited email forwarding and unrestricted DNS control.
