As a Retired Army Veteran transitioning to new professional opportunities, I had the privilege of working with Ms. Maranda Christeson in September 2025 during the initial setup of my LLCs. Navigating this process was unfamiliar to me, but Ms. Christeson ensured a smooth experience. She consistently made herself available to address any questions my team or I had. In instances when she was not immediately reachable, she reliably returned our calls and provided thorough, timely responses. The customer service rep I worked with to open my account was thorough and patient as we worked through the applications. We had to schedule another appointment the next day to complete everything. She answered my questions and sent me some files to further inform me. This is the first time I've opened an LLC and bank accounts for that LLC. They walked me through this every step of the way.
